It's nice to see that you are still working with the game or a new series and a new newspost since 2016.

Oh this amazing! Had a tonna good times with the Ray games back in the day, definitely gonna support this one...

Hope you make that goal.

RAY PART 3

Finally we get something new from you! I was a big fan of your Ray series many years ago. Even though I'm disappointed you aren't finishing Ray's story, I'm still so glad you are still alive and working on another project!

You are alive thats good

You back with another cool game

i Promise You i will buy that game the moment it is out ! :) Ray 1 and 2 were Awesome, so i have no doubt this game will be epic ! totally awesome dude! :)

one thing, would you Please offer Ray 1 and Ray 2 on Steam as well ? that would be soooo Fantastic ! cause i would Gladly buy those games too !!!

I am glad the kickstarter for this game failed. Philljc should have just made another Ray like everyone wanted him to. But no, he has to disappear for years, then come back with a mediocre project and expect us to be as excited if he continued the Ray series. No deal.

You're such a clown. Did you ever stop to think that maybe he was just tired of doing ray and wanted to do something different? He has a life and probably doesn't have time or wants to go back to old projects. It's called moving on and that's something you obviously don't know how to do. @the-lube-guy

@gta5 Indeed :) Loved those Ray game, reminds me I don't think I've played this one yet...

@gta5 yeaah the Kickstarter didn't make it, but it seems the game did make it after all... I wouldn't mind another Ray too but this does seem like a fun game regardless. :) A little unfortunate you can make one thing, and that one thing is for all time the one thing people expect of you; want you to keep going with, even if you lose interest, but yeah, loved them Ray games. Apparently 'Ray may or may not be in the new game...' sooo who knows, maybe we all get what we want after all. :D

Fo sure, I'm more a PC guy myself but the more consoles the better!

@the-lube-guy Even though your comment was made in a rude tone, I actually do agree with you on the franchise taking a different turn being a disappointing decision. I agree because Ray is one of the rare few flash games that blew up during the original flash game era and was one of the multitude stories that never got a proper ending, leaving us all with blue balls. Obviously Philljc left to live his life and forgot about Ray just like others who forgot their famous flashes. But the thing is, he's coming back and making a new game under a different IP. It's a missed opportunity to not only wrap Ray's story up after a decade and a half, it would also be an easy way to bring back a lot of old fans since they'll recognize the game.

It's 2023, the Ray part 3 video came out in 2006. No doubt the creator of Ray forgot the original inspiration he had for the game as a kid and he's a different person now. The writing style and the original script he would have had in mind for the 3rd game would have been changed completely to something so different it wouldn't feel like Ray (which the game itself felt like the early 2000s era of edginess, that didn't survive today). Also, Ray had southpark's art style which is fine for a flash game made for fun back in 2004... but if it were monetized, especially as a product, it would just be dead on arrival due to copyright.

After reading the blog on the game's development, you get some insight into why things went the way they did btw incase you're interested. But the one thing I agree with you is that the game is not Ray part 3 (all the original files he had for it were lost)

@bootylicious69 I miss the game. He should bring it back!

@the-lube-guy You're right but these ACTUAL clowns and fools can't see it, they're just blinded by the flashy new things, also ain't no way to be tired of something after over a fuckin decade of not doing anything with it. New doesn't always mean better wish these fuckin idiots could understand that instead of just flocking to it because it's "new".
